Our Price Guarantee
Should you find a competitor’s lower price (inc GST and delivery) on the same item, you get 2 bundles of those boxes absolutely free and any subsequent bundles at the lower price. Guaranteed!
Please note, competitor cartons made from “card” or “mailer cartons” are not the same. They are a way flimsier material that will put your goods at risk.
This guarantee also excludes competitor specials, stock liquidations, commercial quantities and overseas competitors.

Delivery fees, card fees etc will still apply.

Shipping & Delivery
Prices and Times
Please see the below table for the delivery times and typical pricing if you order before 11 am.
You will always get a quote at checkout, before you have to pay.
But, to give you a rough price guide, the below table shows the estimated pricing for 1-3 of one of our medium sized box bundles, to different areas.
- The bigger box, or the further away from Sydney, the more the cost
- The smaller the box and the closer to Sydney, the cheaper the cost
To keep our products the cheapest, we suggest using standard freight as boxes can be quite bulky. However we also offer express options at checkout for you to use if this is your preference.
As you can see, as a rule of thumb, the cost per bundle falls the more you order.
Please note prices may change especially at peak times, but we strive to bring you the cheapest available and most efficient delivery service, all year round.
Delivery Terms Of Service
Your order will be delivered with care by one of our trusted courier partners, straight to your front entrance or door.
Please note that our couriers are unable to assist in bringing the goods beyond your front door and they can’t accommodate specific requests for exact delivery times or dates.
Also while the anticipated courier delivery estimates you get are usually spot on, occasionally unexpected delays can happen, especially in peak times. While we appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases, please note we can’t be held responsible for delays or extra costs caused by courier issues or transit disruptions.
But we’ll always do our best to help if you need assistance.
By placing an order you are agreeing to these Delivery Terms of Service, including authorising the courier to leave your parcel at your front entrance or external safe area that you designate, should you not be available when the courier arrives.
If you’d prefer not to authorise your delivery to be left, just let us know by leaving a note at checkout or sending us an email.
Please be aware that, if you don’t authorise an external safe place for the delivery to be left AND no if one is available to receive it, the goods will be taken away and another charge for re-delivery will apply.
In addition to the above, if your order is unable to be delivered to the address you have nominated, or is returned to us and is marked as return to sender due to incorrect address, refusal, not known at address, or similar, you will need to pay a redelivery cost to get your order.
Lastly, sometimes we may ship items separately at no extra charge—so don’t worry if they don’t all arrive at the same time, we are onto it!
Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancelling Your Order
You may be able to be cancel your order free of charge order as long as your order has not left our premises, otherwise it’s out of our hands, and the below Returns Policy applies.

Returns
We totally understand that, when you receive your goods, sometimes things don’t work out! That’s why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on all products except customized or made-to-order items.
To start a return, simply email us at info@cheapestpackaging.com.au. We’re happy to help!
Please note all returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused
- Full bundles (for boxes) only
- In a resalable condition.
- Securely packaged for return shipping.
Please make sure your return is packaged carefully—if it gets damaged on the way back, we won’t be able to approve it.
Return Terms:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
- The initial delivery cost is not refundable.
- Customers also cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item in resalable condition, we’ll process your refund for the goods, less the 20% restocking fee and less the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns Shipping Process
To return your product, you should mail your product to back to our premises in Brookvale.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faults, Damages & Other
We want you to love your order!
Please check your items within 48 hours of receiving them. If you notice any damage, incorrect items, or faults, just let us know within this timeframe—we’re here to help!
To make things quick and easy, please email us a photo and description of the issue at info@cheapestpackaging.com.au and we’ll get a replacement sorted for you.
Replacement items will be sent out following our standard shipping timeframes.
We always send out items in brand-new condition and double-check them before they leave our facility.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please keep it on your premises while we sort things out for you.
To ensure we can assist you properly, claims must be made within 48 hours. After this time frame, we may not be able to guarantee assistance as we can’t confirm whether any damage happened after delivery or during installation. Once this period passes, responsibility for the goods is transferred to the customer.
