Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Cheapest Packaging.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a smart phone or a digital tablet.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
• Website refers to Cheapest Packaging, accessible from Cheapestpackaging.com.au
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information including Your name, email, phone number, credit card details, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that the payment information is valid and accurate.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product descriptions or prices, or suspected fraud.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings. Information may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. We reserve the right to correct and update without notice.

Prices Policy

Prices may be revised at any time before accepting an Order. In rare circumstances, prices may change after Order acceptance due to external cost changes.

Payments

All Goods require full payment before dispatch. Payment methods include major credit cards. Orders not validated may be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim for delivery in 2–7 business days using third-party carriers (e.g., Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please, Hunter Express). We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Shipping charges apply unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Cancelations

We totally understand that, sometimes you need to cancel or when you receive your goods, sometimes things don’t work out! That’s why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on all products except customised or made-to-order items.

To start a return, simply email us at info@cheapestpackaging.com.au. We’re happy to help!

Please note all returned items must be:
• Be in their original packaging.
• Unused
• Full bundles (for boxes) only
• Be in a resalable condition.
• Be securely packaged for return shipping.
Please make sure your return is packaged carefully—if it gets damaged on the way back, we won’t be able to approve it.

Return Terms:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
• The initial delivery cost is not refundable.
• Customers also cover the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the item in resalable condition, we’ll process your refund for the goods less the 20% restocking fee and less the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns Shipping Process

To return your product, you should mail your product to back to our premises in Brookvale.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company. Trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, rights to use the Service cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by You or $100. We are not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You may also be subject to local, state, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

Please contact us first to resolve disputes informally.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to best fulfill its intent. No waiver of rights is deemed unless in writing.

Translation Interpretation

In the event of any dispute, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means You accept the new Terms.
